Discussion and possible action approving Ordinance #618-26, AMENDING SECTION # 2-104 INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (I) OF ORDINANCE #509-09, RELATING TO (A) PERMITTED USES AND (G) USE LIMITATIONS AND ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT WITH THIS ORDINANCE AND PRESCRIBING THE TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE ITS FORCE AND TAKE EFFECT. Second Reading.
  4. Discussion and possible action approving Ordinance #619-26, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SCRIBNER, DODGE COUNTY, NEBRASKA, VACATING PORTION OF FULTON STREET ADJOINING LOT 6, BLOCK 5 OF THE CITY OF SCRIBNER; PROVIDING FOR ASCERTAINMENT OF DAMAGES; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT.
