We are excited to announce that FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS ARE BACK! …kind of, sort of…our first home game will be played at 11am due to a heat advisory.
It has been nine years since SSCS played its last football game, but with participation up, the Scribner-Snyder Trojans officially have their own football team again!
Be sure to come out and support them. We’re picturing one of those small-town Hallmark movie moments where the whole community shows up for Friday night football (this was written before it got moved up to 11am), tailgates, grab something from the concession stand and cheers on the hometown team. It’s going to be a fun season! (May need to take the day off to attend this game, but it’s ok, I’m sure your boss will be cool with it.)
