Scribner is a quaint town of 850 located between West Point and Fremont, and only a 40 minute drive to Omaha. It’s the perfect town to settle down in, along with invest in.

We have ONE year from May 2021 until this beautiful school is torn down. The school district is wanting to raze it before it becomes an issue to keep up with repairs. As of right now, it doesn’t have any outstanding issues. All asbestos has been removed. Our school has moved into newer built buildings, so they have no use for this one.
