WHAT IS PCVT? The store is open to anyone & everyone looking to shop a thrifty deal in a boutique-type setting – from designer bags to name brand clothing, even houseware items with tags still attached.
WHO OWNS IT? PCVT is governed by a board and operated by volunteers.
MISSION: All profits brought into the store goes back into the community in the form of projects to continually make Scribner amazing! We do our best to keep our displays fresh and our store organized to make it an enjoyable experience for each and every shopper.
