Due to COVID-19, the city offices will remain open with certain modifications in place:

3. Utility bill payment options:
•Cash/Check in envelopes, use drop box in city office foyer. Any extra amount will be added to your account balance.
•Online Bill Pay (Top right button on desktop at www.Scribner-ne.gov, mobile options-click on the three lines at the top right and scroll to the bottom “Online Payments”)
•Credit/Debit clover device in foyer.
4. Dog or cat licensing:
•Use drop box for Cash/Check payment and furnish proof of vaccination.
•Payment by Credit/Debit clover device is also available in the city office foyer.
